I can’t believe they took it to an all time low. They actually emailed me today and said this account being removed from my credit report finally after six years because of this post I quit.
And then I didn’t email from Experian because I just use it again yesterday and yes again this information hasn’t verified true and factual information from the original creditors, Daniels Jewelers, no change will be need additional information will be updated.
I just received this yesterday like at 4 o’clock and I got attached about two hours ago not one person in 6 1/2 years three credit bureaus reporting dispute every month at six and half years, no one was ever look into this. Ever.
I Recents a response today that it was gonna be taking off my credit report. Coincidentally, after I posted publicly and again they lied 10 minutes later I got my destination results from Experian stating that my dispute haven’t verified as true an actual information from the original cradle Daniels Jewelers again after six years has not won the latest news, ever ever.
does anybody understand the impact these 7 90 day late delinquencies. Have affected me.

UPDATE!!!
This afternoon I received an email from the general manager, Freddie Benavidez telling me that this was actually going to be removed 6 1/2 years. Is he completely going to be taken off my credit report.
BUT NO!!!
10 minutes later, I received my all too familiar investigation results from Experian telling me the information was just verified accurate and true by Daniels that what Im disputing is valid factual information correct it staying on my report. I received it 10 minutes later. He literally had the nerve to notify me and tell me all the time its gonna be taken off and then again,no it verified. I just dont understand how how 6 1/2 years worth of monthly disputes to each credit bureau came back six years all verified through an actual information there was 3. 90 days late payments after this account and was paid in full and closed for months. not one person 6 1/2 years took my dispute actually tried to verify it I understand I dont understand I really dont.. . How can you verify an account? They reported this account was closed they reported the date it was paid. They reported this balance I paid. That was true actual date balance everything correct. then again, three months later they posted I had 9- day delinquencies back to back to back., and prior to that how can you report my five on-time payments and then 90 90 90. How can you be on time one month next month 90 days late I do not understand six years three bueros reporting my dispute as verified through an actual information that can be verified by the creditor. any person all these years from the credit bureaus then sent to Daniels verified and sent back. No one ever noticed that this is obviously a discrepancy not one time all these years old what am I dispute? Actually looked at and verified ., They reported every single month I did not owed them money. They didnt want any money. This is not about money I wasnt trying sat I was disputing money. they reported IT has zero balance. . This was all about removing inaccurate late payments. Thats it. I just wanted to mistake takin off my report 6 1/2 years later then *** emails that its finally gonna be taken care of because this post I wrote last night . And then again its verified. I attached the email today again a receipt dated showing its been verified. True thats true information again.

I ordered a 14K Enamel Butterfly Children's Ring online on October 22, 2022. I received my shipment today and opened the box.
It had the receipt in it and 1 Daniel's Crystal puffed Heart Pendant, style 540-0****. I didn't order that but I was told I'd receive a free gift with my order. My ring, sadly, was not included in the box. On that receipt it was written 1, 14K Enamel Butterfly Children's Ring, style R665 but my ring was not anywhere in that box.
On the upper right corner of receipt were 3 long numbers which are 6205****, 2084****, PO NUMBER: 53605. DATE 10/24/2022. Also had, Ship Via: USPS Frst Class, written above Descriptions. Ship To: Jane Argento, 621 Sheafe Road, Lot 129, Poughkeepsie, N.Y., 12601.
Could you please send my ring or I'd like my money back as soon as possible.

I was misled from the start. Total dishonesty.
I was not told the Sunbit loan required 1/2 down. I asked why the ring was so much cheaper than The other rings, and was told it was a promotional item.
Come to find out it was because it is a lab created diamond.
I do not know much about diamonds and was only told about this from another dealer. I returned the ring, but cannot get my money refunded from sunbit.

I went in to your location at the Santa Anita Westfield mall and I wanted to get my fiancés engagement ring resized. After shopping around for another product at a different merchant, I went back to the same location to return it and get a refund and Marissa says that its not possible. I bought an IGI certified ring for $8500 and the IGI certificate was fake. The diamond, turns out, is not laser inscribed (no serial number) and IGI has no record of this report.
The manager, once notified, attempted to verify the certification herself on the IGI site and again, no record. She said you signed a receipt that says no refunds or exchanges (even though Daniels has a 30 day return policy) and even when she verified the fraud herself, refused to issue a refund. The diamond I paid for is not the diamond I received and they refuse to refund even though theyve been notified of the fraud that occurred. Buyer beware.
Fraud is a terrible business practice. Daniels has no problem taking advantage of a disabled man who discovered their fraudulent practice and is now forced to file a civil suit to get his money back.

I cancelled my online order, because I was informed they were having IT issues and I had planned to just buy in store. I never received my down payment back.
I got the cancellation confirmation and said the refund would come 3-5 days. It never came.
They still kept my money and I have nothing to show for it. I was trying to surprise my husband with a nicer wedding ring and now all I have is a headache.

It was my own fault. The ring was sent to me in the box it came in.
This is embarrassing to admit but I was wrong. The ring was sent and in the box but I didn't notice.
When I opened the box it must of accidentally flew out when I took out the receipt and it must of been on top of it. It is a very small light ring within a tiny bag. I am to blame and I am very sorry.

User's recommendation: To whom it may concern, I found the ring. I wanted to apologize. It must of flew out of the bag when I lifted up the paper receipt. It came in a completely separate much smaller black velvet bag in a clear tiny bag than the other item that came for free. That item was in a big clear bag within a red bag. The free item obviously stood out whereas the item I purchased blended on black seat I found it on tonight. It was also so light and tiny I did not even realize it flew out of box about 6 feet away. I just wanted to explain how it must of happened and hopefully, prevent this from happening to someone else. I will repost this letter on the other site for others with picture included. This is my 2nd update I have to write because it was not posted. I received a call today and was asked if I'm sure my ring was not in the box when I opened it.
I was also asked if I could of dropped it. After telling them I was very careful and it definitely was not in box, they said they would check the camera footage. I asked how long will this take and was told about 4 days but I will not know the outcome until approximately 8 weeks or more.
I am still very unhappy. I will keep updating this site with any information .
